If you have any issues with your order and would like to return or exchange an item, just email us at hello@fluff.co within 30 days of your order. Return shipping expenses are to be incurred by the customer. Returned items must be received in a condition fit for donation. If there are any stains or tags removed you will not receive a refund. Once an exchange is made, the order is final and no longer eligible for a refund. The original shipping charge will not be refunded.
