If you have any issues with your order and would like to return or exchange an item, just email us at hello@fluff.co. Return shipping expenses are to be incurred by the customer. Returned items must be received in a condition fit for donation. If there are any stains or tags removed you will not receive a refund. Once an exchange is made, the order is final and no longer eligible for a refund. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. As a special courtesy for the holiday season, we will extend return optionality through January 1, 2026.
